Juliandra Dear is a Licensed Professional Counselor and works with adults, adolescents and families. She uses a variety of counseling techniques including Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Grief Counseling with adults and teens. She has an extensive background working in a public school setting as well as private practice and understands the many challenges adolescents and young adults face with academic problems, interpersonal and peer relationships, and family issues. She is also trained in the Love and Logic parenting curriculum.
Juliandra emphasizes empowering clients through individual growth and the discovery of unidentified strengths. In addition, she has specialized training and experience in crisis intervention including self-harm, suicidal ideation, grief and sudden loss.
