Aubree Raley is a Licensed Professional Counselor working with adults, children, teens, and families. She also provides play therapy for children ages 3 and up. Aubree has extensive experience in treating various issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, co- occurring disorders, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, stress, trauma, self-harm, eating disorders, and family issues.
Aubree believes in a holistic approach to therapy and is trained in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based practices. She is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) treating anxiety-based disorders including PTSD, emotional/sexual trauma, and negative beliefs about oneself. Aubree is LGBTQ- friendly and enjoys working with families and supporting individuals.
In Aubree’s spare time, she enjoys running, music, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
