Brynn Obermeier, specializes in working with children ages 4-14 years-old. Brynn has extensive experience working with children who have experienced chronic illness, grief, loss, abuse and trauma and who may be struggling with issues such as adjustment, anxiety and mood disorders. She works with both kids and parents to have a better understanding of the challenges they may be facing and how to resolve it. She also has experience helping clients with foster care and/or adoption issues. She uses play therapy including sand tray and Child Centered Play Therapy. Brynn is currently working toward her Registered Play Therapy Certification and is supervised by Dr. Darryl Haslam.
Brynn is currently working in private practice at LWC on a part-time basis as well as at Gladney Center for Adoption for the past four years; where she works with the state
foster care/adoption program.
In her spare time, Brynn enjoys working with and helping train service animals, traveling and spending time with her family.
