Ean Young is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas and Louisiana. He helps individuals, couples, families, and teens aged 12 & up dealing with a variety of issues including but not limited to depression, anxiety, anger management, behavior issues, life stressors, relationship issues, family problems, men’s issues, substance abuse, PTSD, and trauma.
Ean has over 20 years of experience working first responders, law enforcement, and oilfield workers. He also provides career counseling and life coaching and has worked with CEOs to new hires. Ean enjoys working with individuals from all walks of life.
Ean’s approach to therapy is simple – based on trust, problem-solving, and identifying critical issues. Ean utilizes various counseling techniques including cognitive behavioral, choice theory, psychodynamic theory, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), solution focused therapy, and logotherapy.
In his free time, Ean enjoys spending time with his wife and family, cooking out on the grill and entertaining friends.
