Jacob Corona is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate, supervised by Dr. Carolyn Goldsmith, ED. D, LMFT-S, LPC-S.
Jacob works with ages 12 & up, teens, individuals, couples, and families. Jacob has experience guiding clients that are experiencing anxiety, depression, conflict within relationships, parenting, stress, infidelity, emotional pain, and adjusting to life stages.
As a clinician, Jacob believes that each of his clients has skills, hopes, and abilities to make meaningful progress towards their goals. Building upon healthy attachments and acknowledging the parts at play within oneself while helping individuals to see new paths forward.
In his work with individuals and couples, Jacob integrates Emotionally Focused, Cognitive Behavioral, and Internal Family Systems therapies in treatment. These approaches address the thoughts, beliefs, and values clients bring to their relationships and how to more clearly communicate their hopes and needs with their loved ones.
